Episode starts with a scene when Everyone asks Arohi where is Abhir then Arohi tells them that Abhimanyu did not muster powers to operate on Abhir. Manish asks Arohi to explain to Abhimanyu to work with Abhir and Abhinav comforts Akshara who cries and cries that Abhimanyu has never allowed anything to Abhir.

Akshara sings a song continuously without drinking water and Kairav asks to stop but he continues singing on the other hand Abhimanyu starts the operation after regaining consciousness. Akshara apologizes and tells him sorry for doubting him and tells him he is the best heart surgeon.
Ruhi prays for Aabhir and says she will play football with Aabhir when Abhi will recover then Shefali asks Ruhi that she does not like playing football then why is she saying this. Ruhi says she will play for Abhir. Abhinav steps back when Abhir gains consciousness and calls Abhimanyu first then Abhir and Abhinav are shocked after hearing Abhimanyu’s words, he will always be with him. At the end of the episode Abhinav and Akshara meet Abhir and Abhinav cries on the other side Abhimanyu checks Abhir’s reports which are normal and says all reports are perfect now.
