Morocco’s under-17 national team have joined forces with Senegal’s under-17 team in this year’s edition of the Under-17 African Cup final in Algeria, following their penalty shoot-out win over Mali’s under-17 team on Sunday night.
The Morocco Under-17 national team have been outstanding since the start of the tournament, and they were able to excel again on Sunday night, as they secured a hard-fought victory over their opponents.
The head coach of the U17 national team of Mali and the head coach of the U17 Moroccan national team fielded their best players in the match in hopes of winning, but the match ended in favor of the U17 Moroccan national team.
Both teams tried hard to break the deadlock in the two halves of the game, but all their efforts were unsuccessful, as the match ended in a goalless draw, but Morocco U 17 eventually won on penalties.
The Morocco Under-17 national team players were outstanding throughout the match, and their excellent performance helped their team secure their place in the final of the competition.
Prior to the match between the Mali national team U17 against the Moroccan national team U17, the Senegal national team U17 also secured a penalty shootout victory over the Burkina Faso national team U17 to qualify for the final, the Moroccan national team U17 and Senegal U17 national team will now play each other in the finals in a few days time.
