Kenny Kunene Is The Acting Mayor Of City Of Jo’burg According Gayton McKenzie

We have to admit that there is a lot going on in the city of Johannesburg and nothing comes close to stability. There are so many mayors who are elected and dismissed at the same time and one cannot even tell who the real mayor of Johannesburg is. The ANC and EFF coalition proved to be dysfunctional as all they did was give power to people who were never elected by many in Johannesburg. First Thapelo Amad and then he resigned because he couldn’t handle the criticism, and then Kabelo Gwamanda and both of Al Jama-Ah.

However just days after he was sworn in there were allegations that he was running a Ponzi scheme when citizens were investing but when it was time to cash out it was something else. We see the mayor of the DA demanding he explain what it is about. But we know Mpho Phalatse also ran for mayor but he failed to get the position once again.

It hasn’t even been a month since the new mayor was sworn in but it looks like there’s already a new mayor. It is said that Kenny Kunene is the acting mayor of Johannesburg. It is unclear what happened to Kabelo Gwamanda because Kenny Kunene is now the mayor. This comes after a Tweet by Gayton McKenzie congratulating Kenny Kunene for the position. He said he received a text telling him Kunene was the acting mayor and he said he was more than capable of the job. But we know that Kenny Kunene is a transportation MMC. By now people were saying that he had to make sure to solve the illegal foreigner problem before the mayor came back.
